Position Title: Project Lead | Location: 245 Fairview Mall Drive, Unit 201, North York, ON and 295 The West Mall, suite 502, Etobicoke, ON (possibility to work at other locations). | Hours: Full-time, In-person | Compensation: $34.57 CAD per hour | Classification: Permanent – Full Time.
Position Summary
We are seeking a self‑motivated and results‑driven individual to play a lead role in streamlining program operations by creating policies, procedures and processes related to program delivery, improvement and evaluation as required by program funders to be in compliance with funding guidelines and contractual agreement. The position is also responsible for quality assurance and conducting internal periodic audits on service delivery standards.
