Our client is seeking a project finance and project controls SME to advise on drawdown management and lender reporting for a large greenfield industrial infrastructure project in Brazil. The client is looking for a hands-on expert who has practical experience with lender drawdown processes, project finance documentation, CAPEX tracking, S-curves, and reporting requirements for complex capital projects. The advisor will help design the process, templates, controls, and documentation workflow needed to support quarterly lender reporting and tranche disbursement. This is a part-time SME advisory role, not an executive finance role. The ideal candidate will bring direct experience from large industrial, infrastructure, engineering, banking, or project finance environments, with strong knowledge of how lender reporting packages are reviewed, challenged, and approved.
