Project Executive (M&E) - Expression of Interest

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad hoc repair/replacement works for ACMV, electrical and building services.
• Supervise and coordinate all assigned project site works.
• Consolidate and prepare reports as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, architects, suppliers, supervisors, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of site works.
• Execute and compile project Testing and Commissioning (T&C) records, review as‑built drawings and prepare Operation and Maintenance Manual (OMM).
• Mark out location of installations, inspect subcontractor workmanship, progress and witness all T&C.
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned projects based on the allocated budget, time frame and contract specifications.
