We are seeking a highly motivated Program Lead to drive process improvements, establish performance metrics, and enhance operational visibility across the organization. This role will be responsible for building and managing KPI dashboards in Microsoft Power BI, optimizing workflows, and owning the structure and governance of team initiatives within Jira/Jira Align.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with operational rigor and thrives in a fast-paced, cross‑functional environment. This person will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and improving execution consistency across programs.
