Job Description
**About the Role**
- You will be responsible for leading and executing multiple CAPEX projects - from equipment replacement to efficiency improvements and safety/environmental upgrades. You ensure that all projects are carried out safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and INEOS standards.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of the plant through improved operational reliability, support for operational excellence, and development of the next generation of engineering talent. The role includes responsibility for HSE performance, cost control, progress, design quality, and supplier management.
