Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as the company's Technical Controller (TC) or Approved Person (AP) for BCA registration and compliance.
- Must have at least 4 years of proven experience serving as a registered Technical Person (TC/AP) in a previous construction company.
- Ensure all on-site construction works comply strictly with Singapore's Building Control Act and statutory regulations.
- Maintain updated structural plans on‑site and serve as the main point of contact for BCA site inspections.
- Oversee and coordinate day‑to‑day on‑site engineering activities to keep the project on schedule.
- Review and interpret engineering specs, architectural drawings, and BIM/AutoCAD models to resolve design discrepancies.
- Manage subcontractors and site supervisors to ensure quality workmanship and efficient labour deployment.
