Project Engineer SR (Industrial Engineer)
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: On site – Juarez, Nuevo León, México
Overview
Under the supervision of the Project Specialist /CIC, this position is responsible for implementing the adequate manufacturing processes and the continuous improvement projects aimed at achieving efficiency and productivity, as well as decreasing waste and cost. Improve the working conditions using engineering techniques, update the standard times for all activities in the production areas, perform 5'S audits and give follow-up to the KOS savings. To be successful in this role, the candidate should display an analytical approach to time study and movements, detection of waste activities, and implement effective actions to reduce them.
Responsibilities
- Develop activities such as cycle time reduction, worker effort and inventory reduction, and floor improvement to enhance work conditions and reduce waste.
