Job Description
Core responsibilities
- Check design discrepancies between Structural and architectural drawings
- Check formwork and reinforcement
- Follow-up on amendments on drawings and execution of variation works, such as additions and modifications
- Co-ordinate with the Project Team, Consultants and Sub Contractors for work progress.
- Prepare documents, reports, and coordinate site operations.
- Communicates and maintains public relations with relevant parties like Client’s representative, local authorities, communities, and the general public.
- Prepare or compile site progress reports.
- Ensure all site activities comply with the authority/statutory requirements.
- Enforce safe work practices at the workplace
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Building Construction (recognized by BCA)
- Possess BCA supervisors’ safety certification
