Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise subcontractors or teams during installation for any projects within the site.
- Conduct project risk assessment for daily works.
- Conduct project site inspection.
- Prepare and submit project reports weekly.
- Oversee the project from the beginning to end and submit the handover documents to administrative team.
- Take ownership of projects, prepare an execution plan and targeted date of completion.
- Maximise the team effectiveness and ensure that the projects are delivered on time.
- Maximizing project profitability through appropriate material buyout (in bulk), engineering approaches with proper planning of manpower effectiveness.
- Perform any other duties in connection with the project as instructed by the Project Manager, Dept/Section Heads.
