Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue project quotations based on customer requirements, drawings, and specifications
- Follow up on projects upon confirmation, ensuring smooth handover from sales to operations
- Material planning and ordering
- Preparation and control of route cards
- Coordination of production planning and scheduling
- Monitoring fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly processes
- Ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers
- Liaise with internal departments such as production, purchasing, and QA to resolve project‑related issues
- Track project progress and ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements
- Support continuous improvement in project execution and workflow efficiency
Requirements / Qualifications
- NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
