Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical engineering works for glove plant construction, installation, and commissioning.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of glove dipping line equipment, piping, utilities, and support structures to meet design, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and leading Civil, Electrical, and Control teams toward successful project completion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals, plans, and mechanical engineering requirements.
- Plan and schedule mechanical installation work for glove production lines and plant expansion projects.
- Prepare detailed work plans, manpower allocation charts, and material requirement lists for project execution.
