Responsibilities: Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and comply with project requirements and construction schedule Liaise with design consultants on the design intent, review M&E design drawings and advise on any under provisions and over provisions Coordinate with in-house architectural, civil and structural team to minimize discrepancies Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission Manage M&E subcontractors work progress, shop drawings, materials, samples, method statements submissions, and approval Attend M&E coordination meeting, prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance Ensure good M&E drawing management and the control of M&E documentation and filing on site Ensure timely production and submission of M&E shop drawings, materials submission and method statements Lead and mange M&E package delivery, construction an...
