The Project Engineer serves as a key driver of strategic growth initiatives at the DSS Rokitki site, with primary responsibility for leading product, process, equipment, and know-how transfer projects. In addition, the role supports a broad portfolio of cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence, productivity improvement, quality enhancement, capacity expansion, and business growth. By ensuring successful project execution and delivery of targeted results, the Project Engineer plays a critical role in developing new manufacturing capabilities and strengthening the site's overall operational performance.
The position ensures that assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope and in line with committed business, operational, quality, safety and financial objectives.
