• Solar Field Engineer / Project Engineer (Solar Construction) Location: Charlotte County / Richmond, VA Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension) Pay Rate: $40–$42/hr Per Diem: $178/day for qualified candidates residing more than 50 miles from the project site Schedule : Up to 75%+ travel throughout Virginia project sites Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support utility-scale solar construction projects across Virginia.


• This role will work closely with construction project managers, EPC contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders to oversee project execution, technical issues, compliance, commissioning, and project turnover activities.
