Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop project plan, identify potential project risk and take appropriate actions to close gaps with stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering on technical deliverables: spec review, BOM, drawings, and ensure PO is triggered by sales correctly within required time.
- Chair discussions to resolve indirect and direct material issues with the Materials team.
- Initiate and attend conference calls with Customer/Internal or any ad‑hoc meeting activities.
- Support the project manager in project scheduling & update material need dates in SAP on time, especially when there is any pull in/push out by customer.
- Ensure all Engineering Change Request/Order (ECR/ECO) are submitted for pilot and production, conduct necessary ECO reviews, and track all ECOs to ensure cut‑in on schedule.
