Job Description
Responsibilities
- To assist Project Manager in site supervision.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of plumbing and sanitary works.
- To Execute project works based on the drawing / specification / code of practice COP / PUB & BCA standards.
- To resolve site issues with supervisors, maincontractor, subcontractors, vendors and or/ related 3rd parties.
- To co‑ordinate site works, workflows and inspection with main contractors site representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings.
- To plan implement and monitor weekly works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.
- To implement Testing & Commissioning plan.
- To monitor work progresses, productivity, qualities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule.
