Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing M&E projects from start to completion.
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and prepare shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, work progress reports, testing & commissioning documents, and other project-related records.
• Monitor project progress, identify site issues, and work with the project team to resolve technical and coordination matters.
• Coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment to support project requirements.
• Manage subcontractors' work quality, safety, and progress on site.
