Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works with consultant and sub-contractors on-site
- Oversee all related M&E issues on site
- Provide guidance to site supervisors in relation to M&E works, and ensure progress according to schedule, quality and safety standards
- Carry out site inspections and timely resolve technical issues.
- Assist Project Manager in planning, managing and execution of M&E construction activities
- Ensure the timely preparation of method statements, project progress reports and other documentation required by consultants and project owners.
- Attend meetings with consultants, owners and other stakeholders
- Any adhoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering, Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination, or other relevant qualifications
