Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of Fabrication and Construction during operations.
- Forecast requirements and budgets within the timelines of all projects.
- Enforce strict operations safety guidelines and company standards in the workplace.
- Quality check project output according to plans and determine quality specifications.
- Set project alignment of schedules and outlining of duties through Project Coordinators and Department Leads every Friday of the week.
- Facilitate and attend client project/construction briefings and meetings (before and after sales).
- Lead General Assembly quarterly or as necessary.
- Handle after-sales in maintaining client relationships and encourage future sales in collaboration with the Sales team to ensure the achievement of the Sales Target.
