Tasks

The position offers a unique opportunity for professional development by working in the Projects Office Group at the Transversal section of the engineering division with the following main tasks:


  • Lead the design and implementation (from conceptual to detailed design phase) of synchrotron equipment and instrumentation devices and systems. 

  • Manage multidisciplinary scientific instrumentation projects, overseeing all phases including technical specifications, design reviews, manufacturing, assembly, quality control, and commissioning.

  • Create 3D conceptual and detailed designs, manufacturing drawings, and installation layouts using advanced CAD tools, ensuring all associated technical documentation and test reports are completed.

  • Develop and monitor project plans, including precise estimation of timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
