Responsibilities:

  • Deliver maintenance and engineering support for the Macon facility to ensure optimal operational performance.
  • Lead the installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment, while maintaining and optimizing ongoing machine performance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Freudenberg safety standards and OSHA regulations, including consistent use of required PPE, to maintain a safe work environment and prevent workplace injuries.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site mechanics, electricians, and control technicians to drive team performance and accountability.
