Role Overview

This position sits within a fast-paced MSP Project Delivery team, responsible for understanding client requirements, shaping and scoping solutions, and delivering projects that meet expectations while maintaining a focus on quality and commercial viability. Although we work with a standardised set of solutions, the diversity of our client base means exposure to a broad range of technologies and vendor ecosystems. We actively encourage engineers to propose improvements, contribute to automation initiatives, and introduce new ideas that enhance our service offering.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a technical resource throughout the full lifecycle of both internal and customer projects - including solution design, implementation, testing (system and user acceptance), documentation, and final handover.
