Job Description
Job Purpose
To lead and deliver engineering projects at site, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective execution aligned with Unilever standards and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver CAPEX and improvement projects (process, utilities, civil, infrastructure, solar) on time and within budget.
- Ensure strict adherence to Unilever Engineering, Quality, and EHS standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, EHS, Procurement, Operations etc.)
- Manage contractors and vendors, including installation and works execution.
- Drive project planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting.
- Lead commissioning, validation, and handover to operations.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain engineering documentation (drawings, SOPs, reports) and compliance records.
