Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Site Management
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise building works (repairs, A&A, refurbishment, reinstatement)
- Monitor project progress, schedule, and quality of work
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Quotation, Proposal & ContractManagement
- Prepare quotations using Schedule of Rates (SOR) in line with contract requirements
- Develop and submit technical & commercial proposals for client approval
- Prepare and manage Variation Orders (VOs) with proper justifications and cost breakdowns
- Source and evaluate subcontractor/vendor quotations
- Claims & Cost Control
- Prepare and submit progress claims
- Track claim status and follow up for certification and payment
- Maintain proper documentation for all claims and completed works
