Insight Global is seeking a Project Engineer to support a leading telecommunications and fiber infrastructure contractor at a Meta Data Center project in El Paso, TX.
This individual will be responsible for reviewing fiber optic network layouts and construction drawings to ensure installations are executed according to design specifications.
The Project Engineer will serve as a key technical resource between field teams, project leadership, and customers to identify design conflicts, resolve installation issues, and maintain project quality standards throughout construction.
Responsibilities include reviewing fiber routes and cable layouts, validating underground and above-ground infrastructure designs, conducting field walks, identifying discrepancies between construction plans and actual site conditions, and preparing RFIs when design modifications or clarifications are required.
