Job Description
ā¢ Interpret, review, approve survey and civil design works
ā¢ Proficient in Autocard / other design software
ā¢ Excellent in reporting writing
ā¢ Must be able to estimate material & labour required to carry out work
ā¢ Ability to manage and motivate team and contributing to teamās effort by accomplishing results as needed
ā¢ Ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations
ā¢ Provide technical support for appropriate field supervisors
ā¢ Develop detailed project construction schedule in cooperation with the Project Manager
ā¢ Preparing scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned projects
ā¢ Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations
