Ali & Sons Real Estate – Sole Proprietorship LLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Projects Engineer / Architect to join our IFM/PMO Division.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong architectural engineering expertise and project coordination experience, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring successful project delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development across commercial projects
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Review contractor payments, claims, and project documentation
• Support project closeout, snagging, testing & commissioning, and handover processes
