Champion a strong safety culture by modeling safe work habits and ensuring employees and contractors follow safety standards. Lead and manage the facility’s Process Safety Management (PSM) program, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal Bunge requirements. Drive efficiency initiatives with a strong focus on reducing costs without sacrificing safety. Partner with facility teams to plan and implement projects aimed at improving Productivity, Quality, Safety, and Environment (PQSE) performance. Support the prioritization and optimization of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Identify Lean Sigma opportunities and assist with implementation efforts. Implement and oversee process optimization activities.
