Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise and work closely with the consultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of ACMV work to meet the project schedule.
- To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
- Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to best practice when applicable,
- Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claim to the clients and from the subcontracts.
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering with ACMV background.
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry.
- Good knowledge of M&E specifications & requirements, especially in ACMV.
