Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager / Senior Engineer in coordinating and supervising ACMV works for building construction projects.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams on the progress of ACMV works to meet project schedule requirements.
- Assist in reviewing ACMV drawings, specifications, method statements, material submissions and other technical documents.
- Conduct site coordination and basic site checks to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Prepare daily work records, progress updates, meeting notes, correspondence and site coordination reports.
- Assist in following up on site issues, corrective actions, additional work records, variation items and subcontractor progress.
