GRAHAM are to be appointed as Contracting Partner for the regeneration of a major general hospital site, forming a flagship scheme within the UK’s New Hospital Programme.



This landmark project will deliver a large-scale, digitally enabled healthcare facility (circa 82,m² of new build plus refurbishment), using innovative, industrialised construction methods to modernise the NHS estate and transform patient care for future generations.
