Why This Role Matters

The Project Director is responsible for leading the successful delivery of large-scale marine construction projects (USD 300M+) across the GCC region. This role carries full accountability for project P&L, execution strategy, and delivery performance, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The position requires a hands-on leader from a Tier 1 marine contractor background, with proven experience in delivering complex marine works such as breakwaters, dredging, reclamation, quay walls, and port infrastructure within the GCC.

What You’ll Drive

Supervise and coordinate activities for the successful completion of the project(s) in accordance with client requirements, organizational policies/procedures, contract terms, and specified time and cost parameters.
