SCOPE OF THIS RFP
The State of New Hampshire needs an external evaluation partner to oversee their Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) — a CMS-funded statewide initiative. The vendor will evaluate five health programs running across New Hampshire, monitor performance data monthly, report findings to state leadership and CMS, and help course-correct when programs are not on track. This is an evaluation and advisory services contract — NOT a staffing placement contract. Contract value is up to $25 million through 2031.
POSITION 1 — Project Director / Lead Evaluator
What they will do: Lead all evaluation activities, serve as primary contact with GO-NORTH and CMS, oversee the full team across a 5-year contract
Minimum experience needed:
- 8+ years directing state or federal program evaluations
- Direct CMS experience required
