Responsibilities

• Play a key role delivering tech sector mega-projects.
• Responsible for managing all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects, taking projects through pre-construction, construction, and close out/fit-up.
• Ensure delivery of the project by liaising with all relevant stakeholders.
• Work with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget.
• Manage Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations.
• Manage and implement a robust HSE culture across the project.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget.
• Manage the commissioning of the Owner Furnished Equipment and delivery to site.
