As a Project Development Senior Associate, you will be responsible in handling the following:

• Assist in land acquisition, deal-making, and project feasibility studies.
• Prepare financial analyses and support project conceptualization and planning.
• Conduct market research, competitive scanning, and due diligence.
• Coordinate with Legal, consultants, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate permit applications and regulatory compliance.
