Job Description

This position involves working closely with consultants and clients to ensure the quality and timely execution of short‑ and long‑term monitoring and evaluation contracts.

Project Management

• Work with consultants and clients to ensure quality and timely execution of short- and long-term monitoring and evaluation contracts
• Support preparation and submission of key deliverables, including progress reports and evaluation outputs
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, financial regulations and reporting requirements of clients
• Provide day‑to‑day contractual, financial, and logistical support to experts

Business Development

• Lead on, and support in, the preparation of tenders for new monitoring and evaluation contracts, including administrative, technical, and financial content
