The Project Development Manager (Commercial) is responsible for pioneering and leading CLDC’s commercial development portfolio from concept development through project completion.

This role spearheads market research, feasibility studies, financial modeling, and master planning for commercial projects, including retail centers, mixed‑use developments, office spaces, and other income‑generating assets. The position requires a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset to identify viable opportunities, establish development frameworks, and drive successful project execution aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

As CLDC expands beyond residential development, this role plays a critical part in establishing the foundation, standards, and processes that will support the successful development of the company’s commercial portfolio.
