Job Title: Development Manager – Renewable Energy
Location: Sydney, NSW (Hybrid)
Salary: $160-200k plus super (negotiable on experience)
Work Type: Full-time
About the Role:
Opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of a Solar and BESS pipeline across Australia.
You’ll lead projects end-to-end — from greenfield origination and site acquisition through to planning approvals and financial close — playing a key role in building out a major renewable energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle development of solar and BESS projects
- Identify and secure greenfield opportunities
- Manage DA approvals and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee grid connection process (AEMO/NSPs)
- Develop commercial models and business cases
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project risks
