Job Description
- Studying drawings, specifications, and contracts to comprehend project requirements.
- Preparing shop drawings and as‑built drawings for main contractors.
- Creating production drawings, assembly drawings, and cutting lists for metal products.
- Liaise with Production for the fabrication process.
- Ordering materials using the electronic purchasing system.
- Estimating raw materials for production.
- Ensuring products comply with HDB & BCA specifications and requirements.
- Assisting in preparing Construction Method Statements and other technical proposals.
- Coordinating with the architect and site engineer to resolve problems and issues.
- Preparing fabrication drawings for Facade works.
- Preparing drawings and 3D models for construction, coordination, and as‑built purposes, and identifying clash detection within Archi & Structural.
