Job Description
Project Delivery Support
- Run project from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards
- Develop and track project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Ensure successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meeting requirements and within allocated budget
- Prepare Steering Committee materials and review minutes of the meeting.
- Follow up on actions and comments from Steco to ensure they are timely acted upon to closure
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, governance, and control processes
- Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Work with the Project Manager (bank’s side) on the overall project plan from the platform, infra team and system delivery & release perspective
