Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Authentication Delivery Lead to support the delivery of client authentication initiatives across assisted and frontline channels within a leading bank. This role will manage process updates, testing, and rollout activities while partnering closely with business, technology, and frontline teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead the planning and delivery of authentication projects across multiple channels
• Work with Lines of Business to document and update process flows, procedures, training, and capacity planning
• Define testing approaches, create test cases, and support launch readiness
• Manage change deployment and support phased (staggered) rollouts
• Review documentation, variances, and delivery artefacts from technology partners
• Support frontline and assisted‑channel teams during rollout and adoption
• Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues
