IDEAL CANDIDATE: Project Delivery background with firewall knowledge and MSP experience Project Scope
The job in question will be clients signing a quote to replace their Sonic Wall firewall, with a watchguard firewall. The engineer will work with the project manager (pending), and on-site resources. The idea is the engineer will get a ticket for the firewall, they will login to the clients Sonic Wall, scope it, rebuild it as a watchguard firewall configuration, then our procurement team will ship the watchguard firewall to the client, schedule on-site to rack it for the client. Then we need this engineer on standby when the on-site is connecting the new firewall, to confirm if everything is functional.
During downtime when they are not doing the above, in cases we don1t have enough project work, I will utilize them on other firewall tasks with the vulnerability team.
