Job Description
Position Overview The GeoFocus Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of multiple purpose-built apartment rental projects. This role is ideal for a construction professional with hands‑on experience in wood frame construction who is looking to grow within a collaborative and fast‑paced project management environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, Project Managers, Estimators, and Site Supervisors throughout all phases of construction, from pre-development through project close‑out.
Projects range from approximately 9,000 to 15,000 square feet, with individual project values between $2.5M–$3.0M in hard construction costs.
