Project Coordinator – Income Qualified Residential Programs
Location: Greater Toronto Area and surrounding areas, Ontario

ICF is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of income‑qualified residential energy efficiency programs serving single‑family and multi‑family building types. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high‑quality, on‑time, and compliant program delivery in collaboration with utility clients, internal delivery teams, and external partners.
Reporting to a Program Manager, the Project Coordinator serves as the primary delivery lead for day‑to‑day program execution, coordinating ICF’s cross‑functional responsibilities including IT systems, marketing and outreach, trade ally engagement, application processing, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and reporting.
