Job Description
Atlantic Health is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to provide support to the system level nursing leadership team, including the Directors of Nursing Education, Nursing Operations, Director Nursing Research, Nursing Grant Initiatives, Atlantic Health Shared Governance Nursing Councils, as well as the organized nursing leadership initiatives across the system.
Support Directors with the following tasks and accountabilities:
Shared Governance:
+ Track and maintain AH nursing leadership (Shared Governance) documents including council goals and status.
+ Facilitate monthly and other regulatory scheduled meetings with minutes for systemwide Nursing meetings.
+ Compile and draft Shared Governance Council Message Maps for distribution by Corporate Communications.
+ Compile Nursing Message Map input for distribution by Corporate Communications.
