Job Description
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 5–10 years of PMO, project management, or program coordination experience.
- Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or regulated industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Proficiency in PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity, or ServiceNow.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and executive presentations.
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance requirements in banking environments.
