Job Description- Assist the Project Manager/Engineer with project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of tasks and milestones.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including operations teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate daily and weekly work plans with relevant project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project records and prepare weekly reports, monthly progress reports, and claim documentation.
- Review daily progress photographs and ensure all required photos for claims are captured consistently.
