Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the verification of detailed drawings to ensure correct dimensions, orientation, and alignment during project execution
- Supervise and direct sub-contractors and in-house workers to achieve project milestones and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with site operations staff to coordinate activities and meet project schedules effectively
- Monitor installation processes to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications
- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure all safety requirements are consistently applied
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records documenting work progress and report findings to management
- Plan and allocate manpower and resources strategically to optimize project delivery
- Prepare and submit Requests for Approval (RFA) and Requests for Information (RFI) with proper documentation, liaising with consultants for approvals and tracking
