Job: Project Coordinator ServiceNow (ESM) – Part-time
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator ServiceNow for a complex enterprise environment. You will act as the key link between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring structure, alignment, and successful delivery of ServiceNow projects across ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate ServiceNow projects (ITSM, HRSD, CSM)
- Define and manage scope, planning, risks, and timelines
- Lead a small ESM team and manage external vendors
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Organize workshops, testing (UAT), and go-lives
