Project Coordinator QA QC – Nanaimo Site
We have an opportunity at our Nanaimo site for a Project Coordinator QA QC to provide administrative, clerical, and client/subtrade liaison support to the Project Management and Estimating Teams as required.
The role will require experience in quality assurance, tracking project progress, monitoring project specific requirements, working directly with trades to manage consultant field report deficiencies, and transitioning into project closeout and deficiency management. The role will also require experience with RFI/Submittal management, correspondence and coordination with subtrades with guidance from PM and Super. Pending experience in change pricing management and meeting minutes.
